  1. Agent led Buyer Representation Agreement Panel Discussion by Ben Harang
  2. This will be an interactive discussion concerning how we as an industry can conduct business going         forward in light of the NAR Settlement.
  3. We will talk about the new requirement to have a Buyer Representation Agreement signed by the Buyer prior to showing a property.
  4. Suggestions on where to get a Buyer Representation Agreement.
  5. How to present an offer to your seller that includes a request by the Buyer to pay the Buyer’s Agent
  6. This event will begin ongoing discussions amongst members of the Bayou Board of REALTORS®
  7. Please bring your questions, comments and concerns. We will have open and honest conversations
  8. Please do not talk about specific commission amounts or percentages due to anti-trust issues. Let’s keep comments about the commission to “X” percent or “Y” dollar amount.
